  • Not create multiple fraudulent accounts

4. Publisher Terms

 

4.1 Traffic Requirements

Publishers must ensure that:

  • Traffic is legal and compliant with applicable laws
  • No fraudulent, bot, or incentivized traffic is sent unless explicitly allowed
  • No misleading ads, false claims, or fake incentives are used
  • No brand bidding or unauthorized trademark usage occurs

 

4.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Fake leads or fabricated conversions
  • Spam (email, SMS, push, etc.)
  • Malware, spyware, or forced redirects
  • Adult or illegal content traffic (unless offer allows)

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

 

5. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers agree to:

  • Provide accurate offer details and payout terms
  • Pay for all valid conversions
  • Not reverse approved conversions without valid reason
  • Ensure their landing pages comply with applicable laws

Affiliateness reserves the right to pause or terminate campaigns that generate complaints or legal risks.

 

 

6. Payments

6.1 Publisher Payments

  • Payments are issued weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on agreement.
  • Minimum payout threshold applies.
  • Payments may be delayed for fraud review or quality checks.

 

6.2 Advertiser Payments

  • Advertisers must fund their accounts in advance unless agreed otherwise.
  • Affiliateness reserves the right to pause campaigns due to insufficient balance.

 

7. Fraud & Compliance

Affiliateness maintains a strict anti-fraud policy. We use internal monitoring systems to detect:

  • Suspicious traffic patterns
  • Duplicate or fake leads
  • Bot or automated activity
  • Proxy or VPN abuse

If fraud is detected, we reserve the right to:

  • Withhold payments
  • Reverse conversions
  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts
  • Take legal action if necessary

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, tracking technology, and platform materials remain the property of Affiliateness.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Affiliateness shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Revenue loss due to tracking discrepancies

  • Temporary service interruptions

Affiliateness reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for:
